Park joins from H.I.G. Capital, a $75 billion global alternative investment firm

At H.I.G. Capital, Park served as a Principal responsible for capital raising and investor relations across the firm's credit strategies in North America. She previously held Managing Director roles at Briarcliffe Credit Partners focused on private credit fundraising, and led North American business development and investor relations at Vantage Infrastructure. Earlier stops include Apollo Global Management, Anchorage Capital, and leveraged finance at Goldman Sachs, where she began her career.

Firm brings total capital raised past $2 billion after latest fund close

The Los Angeles-based private equity firm, which invests in founder-owned and family businesses as well as corporate carve-outs across industrial, medical and life science, and aerospace and defense markets, closed its fourth fund at its hard cap of $775 million in 2024. That closing pushed total capital raised by Vance Street to more than $2 billion.

Morin brings 25 years of institutional investment experience to the role

Morin previously served as Managing Director at Cambridge Associates, where he oversaw Healthcare and Regional Endowments & Foundations Client Solutions. He held prior roles in investment banking, wealth advisory, and alternative investments at Citi, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley.

His background includes managing alternative investments for high-net-worth and family office clients, overseeing commission-based sales and trading operations, and leading investor relations at firms focused on credit, merger arbitrage, and event-driven strategies.
