ChurnZero Cites NPS of 89 in G2 Report, Targets CSM Admin Drag

Global – October 12, 2026 -- ChurnZero reports the highest overall Satisfaction score among its leading competitors in G2's Fall 2026 Grid Report, including a Net Promoter Score of 89 against 73 for the next-best vendor.

The customer success vendor also cites a 94% Likelihood to Recommend, 96% for Ease of Doing Business and 96% for Quality of Support. The figures are company-reported.

Salesforce data puts customer-facing time at 46% for service staff

Salesforce found that service professionals spend less than half their time (46%) with customers and the rest on administrative tasks. ChurnZero positions its platform against that gap, arguing that training, late-caught escalations and upsell preparation consume hours that could go to customer success.

In-app content replaces email and ticket queues

ChurnZero contrasts its approach with CRMs that deliver answers, resources or reminders through email or support tickets. Its platform pushes announcements such as webinar invites, release notes and support notifications inside the product. Success Centers act as a single customizable collaboration hub, and WalkThroughs handle training for new users and introduce features.

Customization aims at teams with non-standard accounts

The vendor says teams can adjust a ChurnScore to weigh signals other customers ignore, swap a templated Playbook email for a bespoke one, and shape Journeys or Surveys to their own lifecycle. ChurnZero claims this delivers enterprise-level power without enterprise-level processes and slowdown.

CEO projects 25-50% more CSM bandwidth by end of 2026

CEO YouMon Tsang predicts that "By the end of 2026, the average CSM will have 25–50% more bandwidth," as teams pair people with smarter systems.

ChurnZero will host "Playing to Win: The Customer Success Post-Game Show" on September 23.
