Tokyo – September 24, 2026 -- transcosmos inc. has committed employee mentors to a six-month youth support program run with nonprofit SANKAKUSHA, part of a Collaborative Growth Society initiative led by KEIZAI DOYUKAI, the Japan Association of Corporate Executives.

The program originates from the Social Impact Co-creation Lab, a platform built by nonprofits CROSS FIELDS and Japan Association of New Public alongside KEIZAI DOYUKAI. SANKAKUSHA, whose name derives from the Japanese word for "participation," centers its work on providing places to belong, housing support, and employment access. The organization said many young people it supports struggle to take a first step toward work due to anxiety about employment and discomfort interacting with working adults, and that ongoing dialogue with active professionals about daily work life, rather than job mechanics alone, can help build a stronger sense of connection to society.
