Tokyo – September 24, 2026 -- transcosmos inc. has committed employee mentors to a six-month youth support program run with nonprofit SANKAKUSHA, part of a Collaborative Growth Society initiative led by KEIZAI DOYUKAI, the Japan Association of Corporate Executives.

transcosmos employees will mentor young people aged 15 to 25 for approximately six months

Under the program, transcosmos staff will hold regular dialogue sessions with young people supported by SANKAKUSHA, a nonprofit focused on individuals who cannot rely on parents or other adult caregivers. The mentoring extends beyond short-term employment placement, aiming instead to connect each participant with a working adult they can consult as they weigh future options.
