Nashville – November 03, 2026 -- Leap Partners, a Southeast home service consolidator that has acquired 36 HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies in four years, has bought 360 Plumbing Service in Richmond, Virginia. The company described the deal as its expansion into Virginia. Financial terms were not disclosed.

360 Plumbing Service keeps its brand and founder-led management

Bob Mancino founded 360 Plumbing Service in 2014. The family-run business serves homes and businesses in Richmond and the surrounding region and has won multiple local awards. Mancino brings more than 35 years of master-level plumbing experience.

The company will keep operating under its established name. Mancino will continue to run daily operations with his team, backed by additional resources, capital and support from Leap Partners.

Oulu – October 24, 2026 -- Aspocomp has appointed Dominic Büch, a PCB industry professional with 14 years of experience, as Sales Manager for Central Europe, with a focus on defence and semiconductor customers.

Büch moves from product management to key account sales

Büch previously worked as Product Manager for HDI and wire bonding. He later became Key Account Manager for global electronics manufacturers. At Aspocomp he is responsible for technical sales and customer relationships across Central Europe.

Coeur d'Alene – October 19, 2026 -- Continuous Composites Inc. is opening a roughly 5,600-square-foot engineering facility in Kent, Washington, to advance its patented Continuous Fiber 3D Printing (CF3D) technology and work more closely with aerospace, defense and space customers across the Pacific Northwest.

The facility sits in the Kent Valley, which the company describes as one of the nation's most concentrated aerospace and advanced manufacturing corridors. It offers access to a skilled technical workforce and a network of aircraft, spacecraft, defense, materials and precision-manufacturing companies.

The Kent team will advance CF3D technology, develop high-temperature composite components, and collaborate with customers and industry partners.

Aurora, Ohio – October 16, 2026 -- RoviSys Building Technologies has promoted Devin Worley, Will Hughes and Chris Smaldino to Regional Director, as the company responds to expanding demand for building automation, mission critical infrastructure and data center solutions.

Atlanta – October 13, 2026 -- Pye-Barker Engineered Solutions has changed its name to HAE Industrial, separating its pump and compressor business from Pye-Barker Fire & Safety as it targets growth across Georgia, Florida and the wider Southeast US.

The company said the rebrand involves no sale, acquisition, merger or change in ownership. Customers will keep the same local sales and service teams, equipment support and engineering expertise.

"HAE" refers to Hydro-Air Engineering, the division established in 1968 to provide pump and compressor equipment, maintenance and repair. "Industrial" reflects the company's broader scope across pumps, compressors, blowers, vacuum systems and related air and fluid applications. The name is pronounced "hey industrial."

The company traces its service to manufacturers and industrial facility leadership back to 1936.
