COOPABLE Pitches OEM Co-op Ad Funding to Auto Dealerships

Global – October 29, 2026 -- COOPABLE is marketing OEM co-op advertising programs to automotive dealerships as a way to share campaign costs with manufacturers and run larger campaigns. The company has not disclosed funding levels, reimbursement rates or client numbers.

Manufacturers share dealership advertising costs under co-op programs

Under co-op programs, dealers split advertising spend with the OEM. COOPABLE says this covers a significant portion of expenses, which matters most for smaller dealerships managing tight budgets. The funding applies to online platforms, social media and print.

OEM brand guidelines tie local ads to national campaigns

Dealers that join OEM programs must keep the messaging, design and tone of their ads consistent with the manufacturer's brand guidelines. In return, OEM partnerships can provide custom creative assets and funding for local events, according to COOPABLE.

Multifamily Lenders Weigh Property Cash Flow Alongside Borrower Credit

United States – October 29, 2026 -- Multifamily lenders underwrite loans on the income potential of the property as well as the borrower's credit profile, a key difference from traditional home mortgages, according to a financing guide for apartment investors.

Underwriting centers on rent rolls, occupancy and projected cash flow

Lenders review current rent rolls, historical operating statements, occupancy trends, property condition, market demand and projected cash flow. Property cash flow is often one of the most important factors in loan eligibility. Borrower liquidity, credit profile and ability to manage the asset are assessed separately.

Properties in growing markets with strong rental demand typically receive more favorable consideration. Well-maintained assets generally carry less risk for lenders.

Bruckner: Repeat Product Sales Separate Network Marketing From Pyramids

Klausen-Leopoldsdorf – October 29, 2026 -- Jürgen Bruckner, managing director of Austria's Bruckner Holding GmbH, says most of his organization's more than 22,000 customers buy products repeatedly without joining the sales structure. He names this as the key test separating legitimate direct selling from pyramid schemes.

Bruckner ties legitimacy to the source of revenue

Bruckner, active in the industry for more than twelve years, argues that a business funded mainly by entry fees and recruitment lacks economic substance. Such a structure survives only while new participants keep paying in. He says compensation linked to actual product sales, rather than to position in the hierarchy, undercuts the claim that only the first entrants earn money.
