SHERIDAN, WYOMING -- July 07, 2026 -- WINTIPAK AG has issued a public notice outlining the status of ongoing legal proceedings between itself and Greatview Holdings Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hong Kong-listed Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company Limited (GAPCL). The notice responds to a series of prior announcements from GAPCL and Shandong NewJF Technology Packaging Co., Ltd. describing court actions and arbitration filings against WINTIPAK and related parties. WINTIPAK's statement adds detail the company says was missing from those earlier disclosures, including an emergency arbitration award it obtained against Greatview Holdings before the other proceedings were filed. A Hong Kong High Court hearing on the matter is scheduled for May 19, 2026.
