XTEND Debuts on NYSE as AT&T Marks 125 Years Listed
New York – September 08, 2026 -- XTEND, an AI-powered defense robotics and software company, will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol XTND following a business combination with JFB Construction Holdings.
XTEND merges with JFB Construction Holdings to form XTEND AI Robotics
The combined entity will operate under the new name XTEND AI Robotics once the transaction closes. XTEND CEO Aviv Shapira said the listing marks the next chapter in the company's growth.
AT&T marks 125 years as an NYSE-listed company
AT&T (NYSE: T) is observing the 125th anniversary of its NYSE listing, having first traded on the exchange on this date in 1901. The telecommunications carrier ranks as the 11th-longest continuously listed company on the NYSE. Brett Feldman, AT&T's Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations, is scheduled to discuss the milestone on NYSE's Taking Stock program later today.
