Deloitte forecasts 4% holiday spending growth as 38% of shoppers seek value
Deloitte projects holiday spending will rise 4%. It classifies 38% of surveyed shoppers as "holiday value seekers" who use promotions, redeem rewards and turn to private label goods. These shoppers expect to spend 12% more than other shoppers.
