Blue Bell, Pa. – October 08, 2026 -- Unisys (NYSE: UIS) has been named a Leader and Star Performer in Everest Group's 2026 Digital Workplace Services PEAK Matrix Assessment for North America, advancing from a Major Contender ranking in 2025.

Unisys becomes one of four Star Performers recognized for year-over-year market gains

Everest Group evaluated 29 providers of digital workplace services across North America based on market impact, vision and capability. The firm attributed Unisys' advancement to its AI-enabled smart workplace tools, an experience-led employee support model and a differentiated field-services approach.

Report cites proprietary Microsoft Teams Rooms Dashboard as a key differentiator

The dashboard monitors device health and usage to improve meeting-room availability and workplace performance. Everest Group also highlighted Unisys' XLA 3.0 framework, which combines persona-based insights, workplace analytics and business outcome measurement.

Field-services portfolio includes AR-assisted technicians and liquid cooling for data centers

Everest Group noted that Unisys has extended beyond traditional on-site support models with these offerings, alongside a technology-partner ecosystem built to serve midmarket organizations.

"Organizations today need digital workplace experiences that drive productivity, engagement and connection across the workforce," said Patrycja Sobera, senior vice president and general manager of Digital Workplace Solutions at Unisys.

Prabhneet Kaur, practice director at Everest Group, said Unisys' experience-led approach, XLA 3.0 framework, field-services maturity and frontline worker enablement drove its Leader and Star Performer status, adding that clients value the company's transparency and commitment throughout engagements.
