Tampa – October 13, 2026 -- Transflo has been named a 2026 "Top Company for Women to Work in Trucking" by Redefining the Road, the official magazine of the Women In Trucking Association (WIT), marking its second consecutive year on the list.
Selection draws 18,000 votes and names 106 companies
The program, launched in 2018, uses a two-step selection process. Nominations are reviewed against the program's criteria, then validated by an industry-wide vote. More than 18,000 transportation professionals cast ballots in June, and 106 companies made the 2026 list.
The recognition honors companies whose cultures support gender inclusion, flexible work requirements, competitive compensation and benefits, professional development, and career advancement.
Transflo CEO ties recognition to workforce gap in trucking and technology
Renee Krug, CEO of Transflo, said women have historically been underrepresented in both trucking and technology, the two industries in which Transflo operates. She said the company aims to bring in talented women and also support their growth, development and advancement once they join.
Brian Everett, group publisher and editorial director of Redefining the Road, said Transflo earned the recognition through a rigorous nomination and review process, backed by industry-wide voting that validated the nomination.
