TORM Board Loses Director Boehringer After Oaktree Exits Stake

Hellerup – October 09, 2026 -- Christopher Boehringer has resigned from the Board of Directors of TORM plc (NASDAQ: TRMD, TRMD A) with immediate effect, after Oaktree Capital Management and its affiliates ceased to hold any ownership interest in the product tanker owner.

Boehringer leaves the board after eleven years of service

Boehringer joined the TORM board in 2015. TORM said he supported the company through a period of significant transformation and growth.

Chair Simon Mackenzie Smith credited him with helping to develop and strengthen the One TORM platform and called him a trusted adviser through some of the most important milestones in the company's history.

Five directors remain on the TORM board

Following the change, the board comprises Simon Mackenzie Smith (Chair), Annette Malm Justad, Göran Trapp, Jann Brown and Jacob Meldgaard.

TORM did not announce a replacement for Boehringer's seat.

Boehringer said the One TORM platform's success reflects the combined contribution of the company's associates, management and board.
