Toronto – September 15, 2026 -- Starlight Investments has closed its Starlight UK BTR Fund II with £680 million in total capital commitments across the fund and related investment vehicles, financing the acquisition and completion of more than 6,000 build-to-rent homes across the United Kingdom.

The fund drew commitments from a diverse group of global institutional investors spanning Europe, Asia-Pacific and Canada, including both existing limited partners and several new backers.
