Shenzhen – September 09, 2026 -- The Cologne Regional Court (Landgericht Köln, case no. 31 O 132/26) has upheld a preliminary injunction against Shenzhen Qudong Future Technology Co., Ltd. (AEKE) for infringing a registered Community design held by Shenzhen Speediance Life Tech Limited for its Gym Monster smart strength-training system.

Court confirms April injunction blocking sales in Germany

Speediance identified the disputed AEKE product at the FIBO trade show and sent a cease-and-desist letter on April 16, 2026. The following day, April 17, 2026, the Cologne Regional Court issued a preliminary injunction barring AEKE from advertising, offering, or selling the contested fitness equipment in Germany.

Shenzhen – September 09, 2026 -- The Cologne Regional Court has upheld an interim injunction against Shenzhen Qudong Future Technology Co., Ltd. ("AEKE") for infringing a registered EU design held by Shenzhen Speediance Life Tech Limited ("Speediance") for its Gym Monster smart strength training system, barring AEKE from advertising, offering or selling the disputed equipment in Germany.

Court confirms original injunction remains fully effective
Ruling in Case No. 31 O 132/26, the Landgericht Köln confirmed that its April 17, 2026 order against AEKE stands in its entirety following a June 25, 2026 hearing triggered by AEKE's challenge. The court also ordered the removal of the disputed products and related marketing materials from the German market.

Momence, Illinois – September 08, 2026 -- FutureCeuticals, Inc. and Aura Scientific have settled a patent and trademark dispute over Aura's cognitive-health ingredient "NeuroRush," ending the product and replacing it with a new distribution partnership for FutureCeuticals' whole coffee cherry extract, sold as "CognatiQ" and "NeuroFactor."

Settlement terminates NeuroRush, validates FutureCeuticals' IP portfolio

The resolution confirms the validity of FutureCeuticals' intellectual property in the cognitive health ingredient category, according to J. Randal Wexler, the company's Vice President and General Counsel. Aura's NeuroRush ingredient will be discontinued as part of the agreement.
