The system targets a persistent cost center in liquid manufacturing: product left behind inside intermediate bulk container (IBC) liners after conventional pumping.
System reduces residual product to 0.1-0.2 percent after dispense
Manufacturers handling thick, slow-moving liquids that cling to liner walls typically lose measurable product volume across every container cycle, a loss that compounds over multiple cycles per year.
