Plymouth, Massachusetts – September 11, 2026 -- CDF Corporation has launched the Squiz® System in North America, an automated liner evacuation technology that cut residual product waste by up to 96 percent in manufacturer trials on thick cosmetic creams. The system targets a persistent cost center in liquid manufacturing: product left behind inside intermediate bulk container (IBC) liners after conventional pumping.
System reduces residual product to 0.1-0.2 percent after dispense
Manufacturers handling thick, slow-moving liquids that cling to liner walls typically lose measurable product volume across every container cycle, a loss that compounds over multiple cycles per year. CDF states the Squiz System brings average residual product levels down to between 0.1 and 0.2 percent, a sharp reduction from standard pumping outcomes.
Winding mechanism synchronizes with plant pumps to move product toward the valve
The system operates by winding the IBC liner from the top down during dispense, timed to the plant's pump and powered via a standard compressed-air connection on a dedicated line. A reinforced form-fit liner is engineered to withstand the mechanical winding load. The unit requires no operator intervention during dispense, incorporating automatic pressure cutoffs and an emergency stop.
Mobile stainless-steel frame allows deployment across multiple production lines
Mounted on a stainless-steel frame with locking casters, the Squiz System has no fixed installation and no electrical connection requirement, allowing it to move between production lines within a facility.
System originated in Spain, now exclusive to CDF in North America
The Squiz System was developed by Liquidpack S.L. of Onda, Spain, where it has already been deployed across European manufacturing operations. CDF is bringing the technology to North America paired with its own engineered form-fit liner, supported through its Plymouth, Massachusetts manufacturing and support operations.

CDF to demonstrate system live at PACK EXPO International in Chicago
CDF will run live demonstrations of the Squiz System at PACK EXPO International, running October 18 to 21 at McCormick Place in Chicago, at booth LU-6806 in the Reusable Packaging Pavilion. Attendees will be able to use CDF's Cost of Dispensing Calculator to estimate residual product losses in their own operations, and manufacturers can request a technical review and on-site evaluation.
