NYSE American Gives IT Tech Packaging Until April 2027 to Cure Filings

Baoding – – October 09, 2026 -- NYSE Regulation has granted IT Tech Packaging (NYSE American: ITP) a plan period through April 15, 2027 to file three overdue SEC reports, keeping the paper maker listed while it works to restore compliance.

NYSE Regulation accepted ITP's extension request on October 7, 2026

ITP submitted the request on October 1, 2026. Section 1007 of the NYSE American Company Guide requires one when a company cannot cure a filing delinquency within the first six months of the maximum 12-month cure period. NYSE Regulation's letter of October 7 accepted the request and covers the delayed filings plus any subsequently delayed filings.

Three missed SEC filings triggered the breach of Sections 134 and 1101

ITP failed to file on time its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025, and its Forms 10-Q for the quarters ended March 31, 2026 and June 30, 2026. The failures put it out of compliance with Sections 134 and 1101 of the Company Guide.

Delisting proceedings loom if ITP misses milestones or the April 15, 2027 deadline

NYSE Regulation staff will periodically review ITP's adherence to the plan's milestones. Exchange staff will start delisting proceedings if the company does not make progress consistent with the plan, or if it has not completed all delayed filings by April 15, 2027, the end of the maximum 12-month cure period. ITP can appeal a staff delisting determination under Section 1010 and Part 12 of the Company Guide.

ITP shares keep trading with a late-filer indicator

The extension has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of ITP's common stock. The shares will continue to trade on NYSE American during the plan period, subject to compliance with the plan and other continued listing requirements. They will carry the late filer (".LF") indicator until the delinquency is cured.

ITP says it is working to complete the filings and expects to file them on or before the deadline. It cautions that there is no assurance it will do so or regain compliance with the listing standards.
