Kindred now counts 400,000-plus members across 150-plus cities
The platform reports a member satisfaction score above 9 out of 10 sustained through its recent growth phase. More than 90% of listed homes are members' primary residences rather than investment properties, distinguishing Kindred's model from short-term rental marketplaces and keeping that inventory outside the STR market.
The milestone follows a $125 million fundraise and the launch of Kindred Circles
Earlier this year Kindred raised $125 million and introduced Kindred Circles, a feature letting members swap homes within trusted sub-communities organized around shared networks, interests or values. Two new sub-communities, the Women Traveler's Circle and the Family Travel Circle, have launched under this structure, and the company says growth has accelerated since Circles rolled out.
