Integrated Research Launches Clarion SaaS With 30-Day Free Trial

Sydney – October 15, 2026 -- Integrated Research (ASX: IRI) has launched Clarion, its first standalone SaaS product, giving employees and IT teams a shared real-time view of what is degrading calls and meetings. The product is available from 15 October 2026 with a 30-day free trial.

Clarion runs on Iris, IR's new AI-powered platform. It targets organizations with remote, hybrid and contact center workforces, where IT often cannot see what an employee experiences during a failed call. The tool is built to tell users whether a problem lies with their own setup or with the communications platform.

Desktop widget and fleet dashboards combine device, network and platform signals

Employees get a lightweight desktop widget that explains in plain language what is affecting their calls, plus a pre-call health check. Weak Wi-Fi or poor headset connectivity, for example, can be spotted and fixed without contacting IT.

Fleet dashboards aggregate telemetry across the workforce. IT teams can establish whether an issue is isolated or part of a wider problem, and drill down from a single device or connection to a group of affected employees. IR says many monitoring tools track the network, device or platform in isolation and flag problems only after they are reported. Clarion combines these signals in one view, often before a call is affected.

When an employee does need support, Clarion captures the technical context of the issue. IT receives that data rather than a ticket stating that something is not working.

IR says Clarion does not record screens, log keystrokes or access call content

Clarion observes the technology supporting work, not the employees. It does not track activity or idle time.

Cloud-native model widens IR's reach beyond its enterprise portfolio

Clarion extends an enterprise portfolio that includes Prognosis, Prognosis Elevate (observability-as-a-service) and AI Chat powered by Iris. IR CEO and Managing Director Ian Lowe said the cloud-native format gives the company "a simpler way to reach more organizations and more users."
