Miami – September 11, 2026 -- Innovative Eyewear, Inc. (NASDAQ: LUCY; LUCYW) has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Directed Electronics to bring its Lucyd and Reebok smart eyewear lines to Australia and New Zealand.
Directed secures exclusive rights across two markets
Under the deal, Directed will be the sole distributor of Lucyd and Reebok smart eyewear products throughout Australia and New Zealand. Directed brings more than 20 years of experience commercializing consumer electronics and international brands in the region, operating across OEM, Telematics and Retail divisions with a primary distribution center at Melbourne Airport, Victoria, and additional operations in New Zealand.
Companies plan staged retail rollout ahead of launch
The partners are pursuing a phased go-to-market approach spanning consumer electronics retail, digital channels and specialist outlets. Launch planning, product certification and retail-execution work are already underway in both countries.

Next-gen Lucyd Aero collection targeted for Q4 2026
Innovative Eyewear's Lucyd Aero collection, its next-generation smart eyewear line combining open-ear audio and connected functionality in a lightweight form factor, is currently expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2026.
