T3 Services Group Acquires Element Home Services, Adds Four Branches

Austin, Texas – September 19, 2026 -- T3 Services Group has acquired Element Home Services, expanding its residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical platform to eight partner companies across seven states.

Element brings four branches across the Mountain West region

Founded in 2016, Element operates branches in Jackson Hole, Wyoming; Durango, Colorado; St. George, Utah; and Prescott, Arizona. The company provides around-the-clock repair, maintenance and replacement services for residential customers.
