Atlanta – September 30, 2026 -- Firestone Partners and Matterhorn Venture Partners ('MVP') have acquired a 14,400-square-foot, six-suite small-bay industrial building at 4710 Ecton Drive in Marietta, GA, delivering 100% occupancy at closing after executing a new lease for the property's two vacant suites.
Partnership expands Atlanta footprint with second joint acquisition
The deal marks the partnership's second Atlanta-area purchase, following 1717 Koppers Road in Conley, GA. The Marietta property sits in the Woodstock/Canton submarket of North Atlanta, an infill industrial corridor the firms describe as supply-constrained, with direct access to the I-75/I-575 corridor.
