At the current sales pace, the county is projected to close 2026 with roughly 291 ultra-luxury transactions, obliterating the prior record of 230 set in 2021 during the pandemic buying surge, according to data released by MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld, the MIAMI MLS, and BeachesMLS.
