Minneapolis and Decatur, Alabama – October 01, 2026 -- Claros Technologies and Daikin America have signed a commercial agreement to permanently deploy the ClarosTechUVTM PFAS destruction system at Daikin's manufacturing facility in Decatur, Alabama, marking the first full-scale, long-term installation of the technology at an industrial site.

Pilot program advances to permanent industrial installation

The deal follows a multi-phase collaboration between the two companies that moved from pilot demonstration to commercial optimization and now to permanent deployment. The system will be integrated directly into Daikin's manufacturing operations as a continuously operating unit engineered for industrial-scale throughput, and will be incorporated into broader facility upgrades underway at the Decatur campus over the next several years.
