ZEISS Names Daniel Tagscherer VP of Finance & Business Operations
Tagscherer, a 20-year ZEISS veteran and most recently Global Head of Finance & Controlling for ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions, will now lead finance, operations and strategic initiatives aimed at operational performance and organizational scalability. Hendrie Viktor, President of ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions North America, said Tagscherer's financial and transformational leadership would help the company build for future growth.
Al Chiasson Takes Charge of Services Organization
Chiasson, who brings more than two decades of industry experience including over ten years at ZEISS, will head the company's service organization, aligning technical expertise with service delivery. Tagscherer said the company has confidence in Chiasson's ability to scale the service organization while maintaining existing standards of responsiveness and partnership.
New Regional Service Model Targets Long-Term Customer Access
ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions USA is rolling out an optimized organizational service structure built around focused, specialized teams with dedicated regional ownership. The company opened two new ZEISS Quality Excellence Centers in under a year, in Bloomfield, Connecticut, and Huntersville, North Carolina, alongside increased service management resources and regional support capabilities.
