Cboe Hires PNC's Catherine Grover as Chief HR Officer

Chicago – October 17, 2026 -- Cboe Global Markets has appointed Catherine Grover, a 29-year veteran of PNC Financial Services Group, as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective October 17, 2026.

Grover to run Cboe's global HR function from Chicago, reporting to the CEO

Grover will oversee Cboe's global human resources operations and align talent, organizational and workforce strategies with the company's next phase of growth. She will be based in Chicago and report to Chief Executive Officer Craig Donohue.

Riverside Theatre Names Ex-Viacom Executive Gibilterra as CFO

Vero Beach, Fla. – September 24, 2026 -- Riverside Theatre, Florida's largest independent nonprofit professional theatre, has appointed Robert (Bob) Gibilterra as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 2026, placing a nearly three-decade Viacom finance veteran in charge of the organization's next growth phase.

The CFO role will manage financial operations, risk management, and strategic planning as the Vero Beach-based theatre advances plans for a more flexible, expanded campus. Gibilterra relocates to Vero Beach to take up the position.
