YYForce Targets $20M Malaysian Revenue in FY2027, Doubling FY2026

Singapore – October 29, 2026 -- YYForce Inc. (NASDAQ: YFOR) is targeting US$20 million in revenue from its Malaysian operations in fiscal 2027, roughly 100% above management's expectation of about US$10 million for FY2026.

The target follows new service agreements signed by the Malaysian subsidiary with international hotel operators, alongside continuing commercial service robotics deployments. The company stresses that the figure is a management objective, not revenue secured under signed contracts.

Delivery depends on execution, retention and working capital

YYForce lists contract implementation, customer service volumes, retention and renewals, additional business development, and the availability of personnel, equipment and working capital as conditions for reaching the target. The FY2026 base is a current expectation rather than a completed full-year result and remains subject to finalization.

YYForce pairs workforce services with robots in hotels and facilities

The Malaysian model combines flexible workforce services with robots for cleaning, internal logistics and guest-service support, tailored to each property. The company also plans to expand maintenance and operational support alongside its robotics deployments.

Malaysia is one of six markets in the profitability push

Malaysia forms part of a growth strategy spanning Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Thailand, Dubai and Egypt. YYForce is prioritizing customer retention, disciplined contract pricing, deployment execution and cost management. It believes greater scale and a better service mix could improve operating leverage over time.

Consolidated profitability will also hinge on contract margins, performance in other markets, corporate expenses and financing costs. The company set no date for achieving consolidated net profit.

CEO Mike Fu said the company is watching delivery costs, working capital and contract profitability closely, and called the expansion a step toward "sustainable profitability."
