Columbus – October 12, 2026 -- Vertiv Holdings Co. (NYSE: VRT) has appointed Stellantis manufacturing executive Michael Resha as Executive Vice President of Manufacturing, Logistics and Operational Excellence, effective immediately. He succeeds Anders Karlborg as the critical digital infrastructure supplier scales operations to meet demand driven by AI and high-density computing.

Resha takes charge of capacity expansion and capital deployment

Resha reports to CEO Giordano Albertazzi and joins the executive leadership team. He leads Vertiv's global manufacturing, logistics and operational excellence organization. His remit covers scaling global manufacturing operations, expanding capacity, optimizing capital deployment and aligning operational execution with the company's long-term growth strategy.

He will also continue the deployment and adoption of the Vertiv Operating System (VOS).

Stellantis veteran managed operations across four regions

Resha most recently served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Injection and Stamping at Stellantis, overseeing operations in North America, Enlarged Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific. He previously led Stellantis' North American manufacturing operations across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Earlier manufacturing leadership roles included Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Gestamp Automoción, Volkswagen, Kia Motors and Mercedes-Benz.

Karlborg moves to special projects role after eight years with Albertazzi

Karlborg becomes Special Operations Projects Leader, reporting to Albertazzi, and will support what Vertiv describes as an orderly leadership transition. Albertazzi credited him with strengthening execution, quality and continuous improvement during a period of rapid growth and complexity.

Albertazzi said Vertiv's ability to convert "unprecedented demand into exceptional customer outcomes" depends on continuously evolving its global operations as it scales.
