Valtir Names Rob Scholl CEO, Succeeding 25-Year Veteran Nick Verska

Addison, Texas – October 8, 2026 -- Valtir, LLC has appointed Rob Scholl as Chief Executive Officer effective immediately, succeeding Nick Verska who steps down after more than 25 years with the roadway safety products manufacturer.

Scholl brings 25-plus years from aerospace, defense and equipment manufacturing sectors

Scholl's background spans general management, sales, marketing and product development, with extensive prior CEO leadership experience. Valtir said his expertise aligns profitable growth with operational execution as the company pursues what it calls significant growth opportunities in global roadway safety and infrastructure markets.

Verska exits after guiding company through strategic transitions

Verska's departure closes a quarter-century tenure during which he led Valtir through what the company described as milestone strategic transitions. Valtir credited his leadership for establishing the foundation Scholl now inherits.

"Valtir has earned an outstanding reputation as a global leader in roadway safety and infrastructure products," Scholl said, adding he intends to reinforce existing customer and supplier relationships while maintaining the company's engagement with industry associations.
