UNISORB absorbs BILZ engineering staff to close high-precision product gap
BILZ's engineering team is joining UNISORB's existing engineering and project management staff, creating a single technical team for customers who previously had to coordinate leveling and isolation work across two separate vendors. John Hornberger, CEO of UNISORB, said the deal closes a gap at the high-precision end of the company's product line.
Combined catalog spans basic mounts to active isolation systems
The merged product lineup now covers UNISORB's machine mounting and installation solutions alongside BILZ's full catalog, from basic leveling mounts to active isolation systems. Longtime BILZ customers gain access to UNISORB's manufacturing and on-site project management resources that were not previously available through BILZ alone.
Orders shift to single point of contact within weeks
BILZ orders will transition to being placed directly through UNISORB in the coming weeks, ending the prior two-vendor process for combined leveling and isolation projects. Distribution will be centralized from UNISORB's Michigan Center headquarters, consolidating logistics for customers ordering across North America as the transition completes.
