UNISORB Acquires BILZ-USA, Becomes Sole North American Distributor

Michigan Center, Mich. – September 07, 2026 -- UNISORB Installation Solutions has acquired BILZ-USA effective August 30, 2026, becoming the exclusive North American distributor of BILZ vibration isolation and precision leveling products.
UNISORB absorbs BILZ engineering staff to close high-precision product gap
BILZ's engineering team is joining UNISORB's existing engineering and project management staff, creating a single technical team for customers who previously had to coordinate leveling and isolation work across two separate vendors. John Hornberger, CEO of UNISORB, said the deal closes a gap at the high-precision end of the company's product line.
