Upgraded TMT Fleet Maintenance AI Invoice Scanning now uses advanced vision models to process up to 100 vendor invoices simultaneously, mapping repairs to VMRS codes and cutting manual paperwork so shop teams can return trucks to the road faster. The tool has already delivered a savings of over 136,000 minutes across 19,500 invoices versus manual entry.
Trimble Dock & Yard adds trailer orchestration to close visibility gaps
The company's Trimble Dock & Yard platform gains Advanced Trailer Orchestration, linking appointment planning, live arrival visibility and carrier collaboration into a single record per trailer from gate to dock. Time Slot Management and a Carrier Yard Visit Portal automatically sync shifting ETAs, targeting reduced detention costs for shipper and 3PL customers.
Core Carrier TMS platforms get browser-based, agent-ready modernization
Trimble rolled out cloud-hosted, browser-accessible modernizations for its TMW.Suite, TruckMate, Innovative and Fuel Dispatch platforms, preserving existing operational logic while enabling collaboration between staff and AI agents. Minimum version requirements for the upgrades are TMW.Suite v2024.5, TruckMate v26.3, Innovative v2025.3 and Fuel Dispatch v2024.5.

Trimble Arc Agent, first launched in August 2026, automates multi-step tasks such as Order Entry, Contract Intake and a new Intelligent RFQ Builder skill through a conversational interface, while keeping final approval with fleet teams. The tool operates on a single-tier subscription providing 10 hours of agent working time, with additional overage hours available for purchase and automatic access to new skills as they are added.
