Boston – October 19, 2026 -- TraceLink has set up separate global Commercial, Research & Development (R&D) and Services organizations for each of its two businesses, Track & Trace Compliance and Supply Chain Agentic Business Process (ABP).
Each business line now has its own specialists for product innovation, customer engagement and education, implementation, and ongoing customer success. Both lines continue to run on the OPUS Platform and the Integrate-OnceTM Agentic Business Network.
Track & Trace gets a dedicated Customer Account Management organization
The new account managers will help customers get more from existing investments, improve compliance outcomes, and track changing regulation. TraceLink's multinational compliance roadmap covers emerging requirements in Egypt and Ethiopia and the FDA's move to a uniform 12-digit National Drug Code.
TraceLink is also speeding up Track & Trace ABPs, which pair governed OPUS Agents with serialization, traceability, compliance, and supply network data. The company says these will help customers automate compliance reporting and manage exceptions and recalls.
Supply Chain ABP sales team adds architects and value engineers
Growing adoption of the MINT, POET, and OPUS Agents solutions prompted TraceLink to build a dedicated global commercialization organization for Supply Chain ABPs. It includes Sales Executives, Agentic Business Process Architects, and Value Engineers.
The teams will work with customers on business cases and deployments across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, and commerce. TraceLink targets measurable gains in productivity, service, cost, working capital, and operational performance.
CEO Dahod ties both lines to a single platform strategy
President and CEO Shabbir Dahod said the company intends to create "synergistic value for all end-to-end supply chain processes." He described ABPs as central to the future of both Track & Trace and Supply Chain operations.
TraceLink will show its Track & Trace capabilities, emerging Track & Trace ABPs, and Supply Chain ABPs at FutureLink Barcelona, October 19–21, 2026.
