THOR Industries Unifies North American RV Operations Under New Leadership

Elkhart, Indiana – September 16, 2026 -- THOR Industries (NYSE: THO), the world's largest recreational vehicle manufacturer, has consolidated its North American RV operations under a single leadership structure, effective immediately.

Ken Walters becomes President of all North American RV operations

Walters, previously President of Jayco and leader of the Jayco and Tiffin Motorhomes group, now oversees coordination across all of THOR's North American operating companies. He reports directly to THOR executive management in Elkhart.

THOR restructures into three distinct operating groups

The company will now operate through three units: North American RV, European, and Supply. The move follows a two-quarter evaluation period during which THOR's leadership determined that unified coordination across all North American RV entities would deliver benefits on a faster timeline than the previously announced two-group model.

Nic Martin steps up to lead Jayco brand

Martin, formerly Vice President of Sales at Jayco, becomes President of Jayco. Mike Ritchie, previously Vice President of Finance at Jayco, is promoted to CFO of North American RV operations, continuing to report to Colleen Zuhl, THOR's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Trey Miller named Chief Marketing Officer for the RV division

Miller, who previously served in marketing leadership roles at Dometic and Stag Parkway before joining Jayco as Vice President of Marketing, will now manage marketing teams across all THOR North American RV operations.

Troy James takes over as President of Keystone

James, currently Chief Operating Officer of the Thor Motor Coach and Keystone group, moves into the Keystone presidency, bringing both North American and European sales and operational experience to the role focused on restoring Keystone's industry standing.

THOR targets cost reduction and margin improvement

CEO Bob Martin said the decentralized structure THOR has maintained for decades makes the consolidation process complex but expects it to yield significant cost savings and margin benefits. Chief Operating Officer Todd Woelfer said THOR aims to drive out internal costs rather than pass rising expenses on to dealers and retail customers amid ongoing affordability pressures in the RV market.
