PMET, Koch Unit Advance Simplified Caesium Chemical Process

Montreal – September 23, 2026 -- PMET Resources Inc. has completed a Phase 2 bench-scale testwork program with Koch Technology Solutions (KTS) that demonstrates a simplified, more selective pathway to convert pollucite concentrate from its Shaakichiuwaanaan Project into high-purity caesium chemical products.

KTS process shows high selectivity, bypassing costly impurity-removal stages

The bench-scale program used approximately 6 kg of pollucite concentrate, assaying 12% Cs2O, produced via X-Ray Transmission ore sorting of drill core from the Vega Caesium Zone at the CV13 Pegmatite. Results confirmed the KTS proprietary flowsheet technology achieves high selectivity for caesium with a much-reduced impurity profile, potentially allowing much of the conventional impurity-removal stages to be skipped and lowering recovery costs into a final high-purity product.
