Under the program, transcosmos staff will hold regular dialogue sessions with young people supported by SANKAKUSHA, a nonprofit focused on individuals who cannot rely on parents or other adult caregivers. The mentoring extends beyond short-term employment placement, aiming instead to connect each participant with a working adult they can consult as they weigh future options.

Renovated court shifts from single-use to community asset

The facility supports physical education for Ban Nam Lat School's 62 students during the week, then opens to neighbouring villagers once classes end and on weekends. STARCARES designed the transition intentionally, given that rural schools in Sukhothai often double as the only nearby recreational infrastructure available to local households.

126-Unit Boston Tower Opens With 70 Supportive Housing Apartments

Boston – September 15, 2026 -- A 19-story residential tower at 41 LaGrange Street in downtown Boston has opened with 126 mixed-income rental units, 70 of which are designated as permanent supportive housing for individuals exiting homelessness.

Developer partnership pairs housing construction with wraparound services

The Planning Office for Urban Affairs (POUA), the affordable-housing arm of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston, developed the tower in partnership with St. Francis House, which will provide case management, job training and counseling to residents of the 70 supportive units. The remaining 56 units target workforce and middle-income households, creating what developers describe as an integrated community in Boston's Chinatown neighborhood.
