Jacksonville Beach, Fla. – September 24, 2026 -- FaverGray has broken ground on a 415-unit market-rate multifamily community on the former site of Adventure Landing in Jacksonville Beach, marking the general contractor's second project with developer Trevato Development.

Development spans 10.7 acres with 410,509 square feet of new construction

The project will introduce a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom rental units across two three-story residential buildings. Approximately 1,800 square feet of ground-floor commercial space will be included alongside the residential units.

New York – September 23, 2026 -- Newmark Group has arranged a $482.5 million loan to finance The Stockman, Auberge Collection, an ultra-luxury ski-in, ski-out resort that recently broke ground in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The financing was provided by GoldenTree Asset Management, a global asset manager with approximately $70 billion in assets under management, on behalf of developer Stockman Development LLC, led by Marquee Development.

Financing package totals $55 million across three capital partners

The C-PACE assessment closed alongside a $31.5 million senior construction loan from Silver Heights Capital, bringing the total financing package to $55 million. Kay Finance arranged the debt structure, with Eitan Rozenberg leading the process on behalf of the developer.

Redevelopment generates $102.6 million in qualified rehabilitation expenditures

The project is expected to produce $102,613,690 in qualified rehabilitation expenditures, unlocking $10,000,000 in Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credits and $13,089,150 in Ohio Transformational Mixed-Use Development (TMUD) Tax Credits. Foss & Company is structuring both credit programs while also serving as bridge lender for the state credits.
