BRG Names Jamie LaGuardia-Frie Managing Director in Healthcare Practice

New York – September 14, 2026 -- BRG has appointed Jamie LaGuardia-Frie as managing director in its Healthcare practice, tasking her with leading business development and client strategy for the firm's Healthcare Advisory team.

LaGuardia-Frie brings more than 20 years of healthcare consulting and technology experience

Based in New York, she joins after serving as managing director and chief commercial officer for Alvarez & Marsal's Health Industry Group. She spent nearly a decade at Guidehouse, holding roles including Health Growth Leader and East Regional Market Leader for Commercial Healthcare. Earlier in her career, she worked in consulting, business development and technology at Accretive Health and Allscripts.
