New York – September 13, 2026 -- BRG has appointed Jamie LaGuardia-Frie as managing director in its Healthcare practice, tasking her with leading business development and client strategy for the firm's Healthcare Advisory team.
LaGuardia-Frie brings more than 20 years of healthcare consulting and technology experience
Based in New York, she joins after serving as managing director and chief commercial officer for Alvarez & Marsal's Health Industry Group. She spent nearly a decade at Guidehouse, holding roles including Health Growth Leader and East Regional Market Leader for Commercial Healthcare. Earlier in her career, she worked in consulting, business development and technology at Accretive Health and Allscripts.

Rich Bajner, managing director and leader of BRG Healthcare Advisory, said LaGuardia-Frie's experience working with healthcare leaders across the industry would support the firm's expansion of its Healthcare Advisory capabilities.

She said she intends to draw on BRG's global platform to help clients manage complexity and pursue strategic priorities. LaGuardia-Frie holds an MA in communications from Eastern Illinois University and a BA in communications and journalism from New York Institute of Technology, and completed the Essential Management Skills for Emerging Leaders program at Harvard Extension School.
