SHERIDAN, WYOMING -- June 25, 2026 -- Dentsply Sirona and HeyGears have announced the successful validation of Lucitone Digital Print Denture resins for one-piece denture production on HeyGears' new UltraCraft Multi-Material Fusion DLP 3D printer. The validation extends an existing collaboration between the two companies and establishes a production pathway that eliminates the bonding step previously required to attach Lucitone Digital IPN 3D denture teeth to the denture base. SHERIDAN, WYOMING -- June 24, 2026 -- Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG has announced plans to integrate the lifecycle business and global sales and service subsidiaries of the manroland sheetfed Group, absorbing approximately 35 country organizations and around 600 employees into its existing network. The transaction covers manroland sheetfed's service and spare parts business, associated intellectual property, and selected assets. HEIDELBERG takes over service and spare parts supply for manroland users worldwide effective immediately, extending direct support to a customer base the company estimates at more than 3,000 installed systems globally. The deal also includes IP rights for the Roland 900 / Cartonmaster large-format sheetfed offset system, with production and development options currently under evaluation.

SHERIDAN, WYOMING -- June 24, 2026 -- Hamburg-based Siepmann Printing GmbH has invested in a fully automated hybrid production environment combining offset and digital printing technology from Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, integrating both systems through the Prinect workflow platform. The installation centers on a Speedmaster XL 106 from HEIDELBERG's Peak Performance Generation and a Versafire LV digital press. Together, the two systems allow Siepmann to route jobs between offset and digital printing from a single workflow, depending on run length and demand. The company produces pharmaceutical package inserts, packaging, and high-quality commercial print products — a product mix that places strict demands on color accuracy and process reliability.
