Hunt Valley, Maryland – October 22, 2026 -- Fidelity Building Services Group has acquired MVH Industrial, a Georgetown, Kentucky-based mechanical, electrical, plumbing and general contracting firm. The deal adds industrial and manufacturing capacity in central Kentucky to a Fidelity network of more than 75 U.S. locations and 3,200 team members. The announcement did not include financial terms.

MVH Industrial brings sole-source turnkey project capability to Fidelity

MVH Industrial concentrates on manufacturing environments, complex sole-source turnkey projects and critical infrastructure upgrades. Its service lines include HVAC/mechanical system design and installation, industrial piping, plumbing, electrical systems, building automation and custom sheet metal fabrication.

Stamford – October 16, 2026 -- Olympus Partners has agreed to sell MEI Industrial Solutions, a U.S. equipment execution services provider with nearly 2,500 employees, to 26North Partners LP. The announcement did not disclose financial terms or a closing timeline.

MEI provides rigging, machinery moving, industrial storage, millwrighting, custom crating and integrated logistics. Its customers include data center and semiconductor operators, as well as other industrial end markets.

MEI expanded from 16 to 30 locations under Olympus ownership

During Olympus' ownership, MEI entered Chicago, Miami, Providence and Richmond. It quadrupled indoor storage capacity to more than 10 million square feet and completed seven strategic acquisitions.

Service offerings span control room and motor control center (MCC) climate systems, overhead crane cab HVAC and pressurization, custom ductwork and sheet metal fabrication, ventilation and exhaust systems, building automation and controls, and industrial refrigeration.
