heristo Study: 74% of Germans Link Diet Directly to Health Outcomes

Bad Rothenfelde – September 11, 2026 -- Seventy-four percent of Germans believe their diet has a major impact on their health, while 75 percent say they now pay closer attention to nutrition than a few years ago, according to a new Kantar survey of 2,000 people commissioned by heristo aktiengesellschaft.

Atlanta Luxury Broker: Overpricing Erodes Home Values Faster Than Underpricing

Atlanta – September 10, 2026 -- Overpriced luxury listings in Atlanta lose buyer interest within the first few weeks on market, often forcing price cuts that permanently weaken a seller's negotiating position, according to Luxury Real Estate Expert Jud Whitlock of Atlanta Fine Homes/Sotheby's International Realty.

Early market exposure determines final sale strength

Whitlock, cited in a recent HelloNation article, said the first weeks after a luxury listing goes live attract the highest concentration of serious buyers. Digital platforms prioritize fresh inventory, giving correctly priced homes maximum visibility and competitive interest. Listings launched above market value lose that early traction, and once online engagement drops, regaining momentum becomes difficult even after subsequent price reductions.

Allergan Aesthetics Report: 12,000 Consumers Shift to Layered Treatment Plans

North Chicago, Ill. – September 07, 2026 -- Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, has released a global study of more than 12,000 beauty-involved consumers across nine markets showing a decisive shift away from one-time aesthetic procedures toward personalized, long-term treatment plans.

Global survey data points to a structural change in patient demand patterns

The Layered Beauty: The New Aesthetic Mindset report, based on the 12,000-consumer dataset combined with practitioner input and regional analysis, finds patients increasingly expect multimodal treatment strategies that evolve with their goals and life stages rather than single-session fixes.

Skin quality now anchors broader aesthetic and wellness spending

Respondents identified skin quality as the foundation of aesthetic care, integrating treatments into wider beauty and wellness routines rather than treating them as isolated interventions.
