Telix Brings 20 Abstracts, 12 Oral Slots to EANM Vienna

Melbourne – October 14, 2026 -- Telix Pharmaceuticals will present 20 company-related abstracts at the 39th Annual Congress of the European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) in Vienna on October 17-21, 2026. Twelve of them were selected for top-rated oral presentations, with the rest running as ePosters.

Three pivotal therapeutic programs lead the oral lineup

The Phase 3 IPAX BrIGHT trial of TLX101-Tx (iodofalan-131I) in recurrent glioblastoma will be presented on October 19 by Nelleke Tolboom of UMC Utrecht. The study tests the therapy with or without lomustine against lomustine alone at first recurrence. The same morning session includes the IODO-RISE study of TLX101-Tx in recurrent high-grade glioma.

The Phase 3 LUTEON study of TLX250-Tx (177Lu-girentuximab) in advanced, relapsed or recurrent clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is scheduled for October 18. Ghoufrane Tlili of CHU Bordeaux will present it. Interim results from the PTherpan-Lu trial of TLX597-Tx (177Lu-panPSMA) in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer follow on October 19, presented by Yehia Omar of Misr Radiology.

Imaging data span China, renal cancer and liver indications

An ePoster will report preliminary Phase 3 results for TLX591-Px (68Ga-PSMA-11) PET, marketed as Illuccix, in detecting biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer in Chinese men. Telix's PSMA-PET agent is already commercial in Europe.

TLX250-Px (89Zr-girentuximab, Zircaix) accounts for the largest share of imaging abstracts. On October 20, Sazan Rasul of the Medical University of Vienna will present real-world diagnostic performance and clinical impact in indeterminate renal masses. Other TLX250-Px work covers:

  • Preliminary Phase 2 CAT-VHL results in Von Hippel-Lindau disease
  • ELEGANCE, a pilot study in hepatocellular carcinoma, biliary tract cancer and gastro-entero-pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms
  • ePosters on staging impact, virtual tumor board decision-making and a population biodistribution model

A separate study, HIMIKO, examines TLX591-Px PET/CT in hepatocellular carcinoma using multiparametric dynamic whole-body imaging and kinetic modelling.

Alpha-emitter, dosimetry and AI work extends the pipeline

On October 19, Rob van Rooij of UMC Utrecht will present phantom validation and calibration of SPECT/CT for astatine-211 imaging. Twan van der Werff of UMC Radboud will present a preclinical renal cell carcinoma comparison of TLX252-Tx (225Ac) and TLX250-Tx, including combination with PD1 blockade.

Steven Graves of University of Iowa will present first results from the PDIB Secondary Standards Laboratory Network, which aims to build a traceability backbone for radiopharmaceutical therapy. Simon Wail of Telix will present a deep learning approach to tumor classification in total-body PET/CT on October 20.

Two ePosters cover astatine-211: QDOSE allometry-guided dosimetry of TLX102-Tx, and a dosimetric study of bladder endocavitary therapy.

Sponsored symposium and booth target collaboration

Telix will host a sponsored symposium on October 18 from 13:15 to 14:45 CEST in Hall F2 at Austria Center Vienna. Titled "The future doesn't wait: The next era of theranostics in urologic oncology," it is chaired by J. Calais of Gustave Roussy and Université Paris-Saclay. Speakers include K. Herrmann of University Hospital Essen, M. Ghesani of United Theranostics, D. Oprea-Lager of Radboud University Medical Center and L. Emmett of St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney.

Chief Medical Officer David Cade said the 12 oral selections reflect the clinical relevance and maturity of the pipeline. At booth #527, Telix will pitch collaboration opportunities around its theranostic pipeline, the SENSEI miniature drop-in gamma probe, QDOSE dosimetry software and AI tools. The company will also support the EANM Sanjiv Sam Gambhir Young Investigator Award.
