The Holloway partnership follows Team First's earlier investment in Halls Rooter & Plumbing in Midland, deepening the platform's footprint across Texas. Holloway will keep operating under its existing local brand while gaining access to Team First's capital and operational resources to expand capabilities and accelerate growth in the region.
