Profit for the period reached €631.6 million, driven primarily by the value recognized on SWI Group's investment in Genesis Digital Assets, since rebranded SWI Digital. The interim report was reviewed by Deloitte.

Group secures control of 1.2 GW US digital infrastructure platform

SWI Group first acquired an initial interest in Genesis Digital Assets in June 2026. After the period closed, it raised its holding to approximately 70% of voting rights, gaining control of a platform with roughly 1.2 GW of secured grid connections predominantly in the United States. SWI Digital is now converting suitable bitcoin mining sites into large-scale AI and high-performance computing infrastructure.

Combined European and US pipeline reaches approximately 4 GW

Across AiOnX, its European digital infrastructure platform with roughly 2.3 GW of planned capacity, and SWI Digital in the US, the Group now controls a pipeline of powered infrastructure spanning approximately 4 GW. One AiOnX campus is already leased to a hyperscale tenant.

NVIDIA partnership positions SWI across the AI compute value chain

In August 2026, SWI Group became a Preferred Partner for Compute, Networking and Enterprise Software within the NVIDIA Partner Network, allowing it to deploy NVIDIA-accelerated infrastructure for workloads spanning model training to production-scale inference. The Group is assembling a technology team with backgrounds at NVIDIA, Amazon, Intel and hyperscale operators to build an in-house AI cloud platform for enterprises, research institutions and AI developers.

Digital infrastructure to reach over 90% of total assets by 2027

SWI Group is targeting digital infrastructure and AI compute to represent more than 90% of total assets by 2027, and has classified non-core assets — primarily mixed-use development land and hospitality projects — as held for sale.

Offtake talks point to tens of billions in contractual value

The Group is in advanced discussions with hyperscalers and AI developers on long-term offtake agreements across multiple sites, with potential aggregate contractual value estimated in the tens of billions of US dollars over the respective contract terms. SWI is also evaluating a US equity capital markets transaction to fund the next phase of its buildout, subject to market conditions and approvals.
