Suvoda Unifies Clinical Trial Platform, Cuts RTSM Setup Time 80%

Conshohocken, Pa. – – September 30, 2026 -- Suvoda has released a unified clinical trial technology platform that merges its RTSM systems with Greenphire's financial management tools, cutting kickoff-to-UAT timelines by up to 80% through new agentic AI capabilities.

Agentic AI Slashes Setup Times Across RTSM and eCOA

Suvoda's new AI layer, starting with randomization and trial supply management (RTSM) and electronic clinical outcome assessment (eCOA), is delivering the 80% reduction in kickoff-to-UAT timelines. A conversational assistant called Sofia allows sponsors and sites to query data and execute permissioned actions across multiple languages, with every action logged for audit purposes while humans retain final sign-off authority.

Product Launchpad Consolidates Eight Systems Into One Login

The company's new Product Launchpad is rolling out across global trials, letting study teams navigate RTSM/IRT, eCOA, eConsent, Scheduling, Patient Payments, Travel, Site Payments, and Budgeting & Benchmarking without switching logins or systems. A unified data layer means participant data entered once in RTSM flows automatically to other modules, removing manual re-entry that has long burdened site staff.

Budgeting Negotiations Move Onto the Platform in Real Time

Sponsors and CROs gain a finance and travel reporting portal for self-service access to study data. The Budgeting & Benchmarking tool now supports in-platform negotiations rather than offline processes, with payment data feeding back to refresh fair-market-value benchmarks continuously.

Patients Gain Digital Wallet Payment Options Including Alipay

The Suvoda App lets patients track visits, book rides, complete questionnaires, and receive micropayments upon task completion in one interface. Sites can run video calls for at-home visits and share availability for scheduling. Patients can be reimbursed via digital wallets, including Alipay in China, which Suvoda says reduces inbound payment and travel status calls to sites.

Suvoda CEO Jagath Wanninayake said the release lets sites spend less time reconciling systems while sponsors get faster answers to operational questions. The advancements follow Suvoda's merger with Greenphire, a provider of clinical trial financial management and patient support tools.
