New York – October 09, 2026 -- SuperCom (NASDAQ: SPCB) has won two county-level electronic monitoring contracts with adult and juvenile probation agencies in Texas, fully displacing the county's incumbent providers and lifting its total to more than 50 new U.S. contracts since mid-2024.
SuperCom's fourth and fifth Texas contracts both replace existing providers
The awards are the company's fourth and fifth in Texas since it expanded into the state in December 2025. SuperCom entered Texas with a single juvenile probation agency, and all five of its Texas contracts to date have involved replacing an incumbent provider, according to the company.
PureOne GPS beat competing units in a multi-week live evaluation
Both agencies selected SuperCom after a multi-week live-unit evaluation in which its PureOne technology was tested against competing solutions. SuperCom will deploy PureOne GPS across the county's juvenile and adult supervision programs.
The contracts follow a recurring revenue model based on daily active units, which expands SuperCom's recurring revenue customer base. The source does not disclose contract values or the county's name.
PureOne combines GPS, cell-tower and Wi-Fi positioning with LTE connectivity
PureOne is an all-in-one GPS tracking bracelet built for continuous indoor and outdoor location monitoring. It pairs high-precision GPS, cell-tower and Wi-Fi positioning with secure LTE communications, configurable zones and schedules, multiple tamper-detection mechanisms and extended battery performance.
Displacement strategy extends beyond the U.S. to Europe
CEO Ordan Trabelsi said the company's focus is now a seamless changeover for both programs. He said SuperCom has also accumulated more than 20 national project wins in Europe, frequently against long-tenured incumbents.
