Las Vegas – September 15, 2026 -- Station Casinos has awarded more than $70 million in Red Rock Resorts Class A stock to nearly 10,000 full- and part-time employees, marking the close of the company's 50th anniversary celebration.

Every eligible worker receives $1,000 in stock per year of service

The award, revealed during a surprise ceremony at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, applies to all full- and part-time Team Members employed as of Sept. 9, 2026. Frank Fertitta III, Chairman and CEO of Red Rock Resorts, and Lorenzo Fertitta, Vice Chairman, disclosed the grant to employees, most of whom are based in Southern Nevada. Shares become distributable to Team Members beginning Sept. 14, 2026.

Longest-tenured staff receive five-figure payouts tied to decades of service

Ida Johnson, who joined the company in 1977, received $49,000 in stock. Six other employees who began their careers at Bingo Palace in the 1970s and remain with the company today each received more than $45,000 in equity.

Announcement caps a summer-long 50th anniversary campaign

The celebration began July 1, 2026 at Palace Station with a fireworks and drone show and the launch of a new brand identity under the campaign "From Vegas, For Vegas, Always Vegas." Programming continued through the summer across Las Vegas Valley properties with commemorative offerings, Team Member appreciation events and community volunteer initiatives.

Frank Fertitta III said the award reflects founding principles of serving the local community and taking care of employees, values he said his father established when the company launched 50 years ago.
