Shenzhen – September 10, 2026 -- FILM & TAPE EXPO 2026 will gather more than 1,200 exhibitors and brands and 60,000 professional buyers in Shenzhen from October 27-29, 2026, positioning the event as a major sourcing hub for global functional film, adhesive tape, coating and converting industries. Organized by Kuozhan Exhibition Services (Shanghai) Limited as part of ASIA MATERIAL WEEK, the fair will occupy 80,000 square meters at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center in Bao'an.
The show is expected to feature more than 200 new product launches and 30-plus technical forums, covering the full supply chain from raw materials to manufacturing equipment.
Sourcing platform targets five high-growth industrial sectors
Organizers structured the exhibition around application-driven procurement across new energy, automotive, display, consumer electronics and semiconductor manufacturing. New energy exhibitors will showcase battery separator films, aluminum-plastic films and tab adhesives built for high safety and energy-density specifications. Automotive suppliers will present TPU paint protection films, window films and color-changing films aimed at vehicle lightweighting and electrification.
Display and touch technology exhibits will include TAC films, PMMA films and OCA optical adhesives designed for foldable and automotive displays. Consumer electronics and semiconductor buyers will find release films, PI films, thermal-management materials, electronic tapes and wafer tapes supporting smartphones, wearables and advanced packaging.
Four technology categories span materials to converting equipment
The exhibition consolidates functional films, adhesive tapes, adhesives and chemical raw materials, plus converting equipment and components into a single sourcing environment. Product categories on display will include PET, BOPET, BOPP, TPU, battery and photovoltaic films, coating and laminating systems, die-cutting and slitting equipment, and inspection and measurement technologies.
Matchmaking program to deliver over 3,000 one-to-one meetings
The event's Targeted Attendee Program (TAP) will facilitate more than 3,000 one-to-one business matchmaking sessions between exhibitors and qualified buyers based on specific sourcing needs. Expected attendee categories include functional film and tape manufacturers, die-cutting operations, and procurement teams from consumer electronics, automotive, lithium battery, semiconductor, PCB/FPC, and printing and packaging sectors.
Forums to address PI films, semiconductor adhesives and battery materials
More than 30 conferences and technical forums will convene industry executives to discuss advanced PI films, automotive films, semiconductor adhesives, thermal-management materials, battery materials, MLCC materials and robotics applications. As part of ASIA MATERIAL WEEK, the expo will connect with adjacent programming on high-performance materials, adhesives, chemical raw materials and CMF technologies.
