New content program and youth training base target under-45 media professionals
On content, the forum will roll out the "Witness Miracles, Seek Solutions" co-creation and joint broadcast program, using Shenzhen as a case study for partner outlets to jointly plan multi-dimensional content products. For talent, the Training Base for Asia-Pacific Youth Media Professionals has been established, with annual study tours, visits and training sessions specifically targeting media professionals under age 45.

The Shenzhen Consensus builds agreement across open cooperation, digital and green transformation, and media exchange. It calls for safeguarding the multilateral trading system, deepening AI application in media operations, and advancing mutual learning among civilizations ahead of the 2026 APEC "China Year."
